City Lights

Angel slowly walked to where her and Venus were meeting. She smiled as she noticed she left some hot dog and ate the little last bit of it.

Venus shook her coat as she watched them go, then another dog appeered. He was a Jack russle terrier mix, and always acted like a big dog. He had a brown coat, and was named Dark.

Angel sighed and lied down, waiting.

Venus laidide Angel. "What do you want to do today?" She asked her, as Dark walked past.

Angel shrugged "Dunno" She said looking around for something to do.

Venus glanced around. "Wanna go to the park?" She asked

"OK. I bet there will be lots of food there" She said standing up and trotting off. She ate lots for such a little dog.

Venus nodded and trotted after her. It was still early in the morning, so most people weren't up yet

[ I made her after my dog, Angel ]

Angel looked around. There wasn't as much people as she expected. She walked around sniffing for scraps.

Venus often looked in the trashcans, and sometimes uner benches. Those where the major hot spots for food.

Angel yelped as a little girl ran up to her and picked her up by the top of her front legs. Angel growled loudly as she squeezed her with a big grin. Angel bit her angrily and yelped again as the little kid dropped her, tears in her eyes, and ran off screaming. Angel took a big breathe, flowing away some of the anger bottled up inside her that was about to explode.

Venus watched and went to comfort Angel. "Don't worry, she didn't know any better." Venus was lucky she was big enough, little kids can't pick her up.

Angel sighed "Obviously not" She said glaring back at her, her tears were dry and she was happily licking a ice cream.

Venus sighed softly and glanced around. This whole park was mostly humans...and a few dogs.

Angel sighed as well. She looked around and noticed a beach not far away from here.

Dark was on that beach. (Remeber him? ) He was in the water enjoying the waves.

[Uhhhhh]
Angel jumped through one of the fences and smiled, seeing the small waves lightly crash against the warm sand. She picked up speed until she felt the soft sand on her feet.

Venus trotted after her and looked around. She laid in the water.

Angel watched a big wave coming Venus's way, she sighed as it simply got smaller and slowly slithered back into the huge ocean. There was no way she was going anywhere near it, she would get tumbled and thrown along the shore. She hated but so small, not even being so cute was a advantage....except for when she was getting food.

Venus watched the wave, then glanced at Angel. She felt bad for her, not being able to do anything that she could do.

Angel sighed and lied down, the sand slowly warming her side. Angel moved onto her other side as it started burning her side. The sun shined brightly on her back.

Venus walked and laid next to Angel and looked up at the sky, sighing boredly, and softly.

Angel turned and smiled at Venus faintly. She looked at the ocean, she may as well live her life, no matter how small it is. She jumped up and started running towards the ocean.

Venus looked and ran after her. Dark laid by the shore line, relaxzing.

She paused, the ocean was humongous. She slowly walked into the shallowest bit, it up to her knees. She smiled and started running across the water, it splashing on to her stomach.
