A New Horse

Whirlaway--the Camarillo White Horse--seems to be new. She's walking around, looking confused.

The large black stallion by the name of Night, chuckled at the mare. "Your new, hmm?" He nickered in a deep voice.

"Yes, Sir," She answered in a british accent. "I just arrived here actiually."

"Were where you from?" Night asked, walking towads the fence.

"I lived in a beautiful place called the Twilight Zone," She explained. "I left and I made it to this stable. Humans captured me and brought me here."

"So you where wild? Well here is a heads up. This stable here is for little itty bitty toddlers. No matter how hard you want to , Don't kick them. You'll be killed." Night warned.

"Really?" Whirl asked, scared.

Night nodded. "One kick to them could kill them. Besides, if your no good here, the people get no money."

"No good?" Whirl asked.

"If you don't please the humans." He replied.

"I'm not sure if I can," She stammered.

Brolga reared to his fullest in the paddock he was shoved in. Ears were pinned, eyes were wide with white showing, nostrils were tucked in as tight as they could go, Brolga was not happy about being caught and put in this paddock. Spinning around at full speed he bolted along the side of his paddock wanting to find a way out. Snorting with angry when he couldn't find anywhere to get out. Slowing down slightly the dapple grey TB stallion once again reared from being exstremely angry. Ears flicking around he pick up scents of two other horses which he hadn't noticed were there before. Sighing and tossing his strong grey fine head, he trotted over to them. Not happy at all. "I could kill these humans.." he said fumming. He pawed at the ground and snorted loudly.

"I know you can." Dark gently nuzzled her, then looked up at Brogla. "You better not. You'll get killed"

"I would kill humans if I could," Whirl whispered, looking down to the ground. "After what they did to my mother and father..."

Brolga snorted at Dark, "Yeah what ever... I'm a stallion, if they try to kill me i'll just get em' back, unless they use a gun and try shoot me." he said snorting once again at the thought. "Hi by the way... I'm Brolga.." he said in a gruffly voice.

"I'm Whirlaway, but you guys can just call me Whirl."

"Dark is my name." He said simply, shaking his coat.

"Well, nice to meet you, Dark," she said.

"Pleasure to meet you both.." Brolga said out of plain repect. He so wasn't happy about meeting them. "So Dark why are you in here?" he asked, trying to be nice, which was really hard for him.

"When I was a foal, my mother abandond me in the dead of winter. So I looked for some shelter and ended up in a barn here."Dark said.

Brolga didn't know how to answer that very well. He shook his head. "Oh... So you have been with humans ever seen then? So how do you know they will kill ya if ya don't do something right for them?" he asked, starting to get interested in what humans did.

Whirl listened closly, hoping to learn more about humans.

"Cause we can see them. they take them out to the meadow on a hill, and shoot them. If they alive, they feed htem to the wolves." Dark snorted

The new female now seemed scared.

"Don't worry," He encuraged her. "You'll be fine."
