"Okay," Erin said, bringing out a loaf of bread out of the bread bin and placing it down on a wooden chopping board, "I was going to have toast."
She placed four slices in the impeccably clean toaster and switched the switch to the highest heat setting. After she had brough the butter dish out of the fridge, the girl glanced at Eric, "What do you like on toast?"

Eric chuckled to himself and watched his girlfriend. He hardly ever cooked himself. "Erm. Jam will do for me" he murmured "What time do you have to be in the yard?" he asked. He knew Monty and Target would be getting restless by now. The boy tried to look like he wasn't worrying about his horses. They would be fine, he told himself.

"Is blackberry jam okay?" Erin asked as the toaster bleeped and the now toasted bread popped up. She picked the four slices out of the toaster and placed them down on the chopping board. When the butter and jam had been spread, the girl put two slices on each plate and carried them over to the table.

Eric nodded and waited for Erin. He moved towards the table and sat down to wait. The boy heard the sound of padded feet coming towards the kitchen. He knew what would be coming, the dogs. Eric looked up at his girlfriend adoringly, "What time do you have to be in the yard?"

Erin bit into a slice of toast and chewed thoughtfully, then swallowed, "I don't know, to be honest, as soon as possible?"
She looked up at Eric, "If your mum's in the yard, are you going to introduce me to her as your girlfriend?"

Eric picked at his toast, listening to Erin. Her question caught him by surprise and he dropped his toast. "Um, I can but I don't think she will be happy" he muttered softly. He glared down at his plate. The boy looked up at Erin and smiled slightly "What about you, are you going to tell your mother?" he asked.

Erin frowned, perplexed, "Why wouldn't she be happy? I'm not an insane axe murderer or anything..."
Taking a bite of toast, the girl poundered quietly about Eric's question. When she had swallowed, she answered, "Yeah, mum will be delighted."
Erin took a last bite of toast, then stood up and took her plate to the dishwasher. After cleaning up, she sat down and watched Eric, smiling.

Eric was looking down at his plate again, not really eating much. He thought about how his mother would react to him introducing Erin. She would be angry and disappointed, maybe she wouldn't. He wasn't sure. Eric looked up to see Erin watching him and smiled "I think I am finished with this," he moved his plate away from him. There was still one piece of toast left on the plate. The boy looked over Erin, still in her bikini "I think we should get dressed and maybe start heading down to the stables," he smiled.

Erin sighed and picked up Eric's unfinished toast, whistling loudly. A loud bark sounded, followed by a clatter of paws and then Dash skidded into the kitchen. Jumping into the air, the dog caught the slice of toast as Erin tossed it and ran out of the room swiftly. She picked up the plate and took it over to the dishwasher, where she placed it carefully. When she returned to Eric, the girl smiled, "That's a good idea."

Eric watched Dash, a little amused. His glance fell on Erin when Dash ran out of the room. He smiled slightly and stood up, taking her hand and kissing her forehead. The boy walked towards the stairs, watching Erin out of the corner of his eye. His eyes swept over her body again. She was gorgeous! How did they end up together?

Erin caught Eric's eye, "What're you thinking?"
She lead him up the stairs and onto the landing, glancing at the exquisite paintings that flanked the immaculate white walls. Sighing, the girl remembered what happened with Stag yesterday. How could she persuade Eric to stay away from the dark bay stallion? Erin shook her head lightly, then entered her room and sat down on the edge of her lagre bed.

Eric followed Erin quietly. He kept his eyes on her, watching every movement. He let go of her hand and leaned against the wall, never taking his eyes away. "Well, erm. I was just thinking how beautiful you were," he murmured a little embarrassed "I also want to try with Stag again, I know you don't like it but. ." he trailed off.

Erin smiled, but the smile faded quickly when she heard that Eric wanted to try again with Stag. "No," she said firmly, "No, no and no. He's dangerous, Eric, he put my dad in hospital. How would I feel if the same thing happened to you?"
She set her jaw and stared at him meaningly, as if saying her decision was final.

Eric stared at the floor. She was going to think that he was stupid if he told her why he had to be successful with Stag. He looked towards his bag. "Maybe we should get dressed" he murmured towards her. Slowly, he looked up at Erin and smiled.

Erin nodded, not trusting herself enough to speak. Standing up abruptly, the girl walked towards the chest of drawers and flung open each drawer. She hastily plucked up a pair of skinny jeans, a zip up jacket and a short-sleeved, checkered button-up blouse in the colour that reflected her mood: Black.
Erin found herself picking up her makeup bag, entering her spacious bathroom and changing in the fastest time she had ever done so. When changed, she washed and brushed her teeth before starting on her makeup. She applied a thin layer of foundation followed by liberal amounts of black mascara, eyeshadow and eyeliner(just like in her photo XD), then unlocked the bathroom door, dumping her pajamas in the washing bag as she did so. The girl glanced at Eric and smiled slightly, then placed her makeup bag on her dressing table and turned her hair straighteners on.
Humming quietly, Erin examined the burns that she had aquired yesterday and the night before. They were an angry red, slightly raw and hurt alot whenever Erin pressed them aginst something. As for the cut on her arm, the bandage that had covered it was wet from swimming in the pool and the cut itsself was stinging painfully. The girl sighed, ignoring the pain and began to straighten her hair.

Eric waited for Erin to go into the bathroom so he could get dressed. He pulled out his cream coloured jodphurs and a casual blue shirt to put on. After slipping on his jodphurs and shirt, the boy ran his hand through his hair to get any nots. He heard the bathroom door open and looked over, smiling, at Erin. She was beautiful like always. The boy sat on her bed while he watched patiently "Why do girls always spend so much time on getting ready?" he asked.

"Most girls don't take alot of time getting ready," Erin corrected playfully, placing her hair straighteners down on the table and turning them off. She stood up and made her way over to her bed, sitting down next to Eric and grinned.

Eric laughed "You can take all the time you want, I can watch you" he murmured. He leaned back on the bed as Erin came to sit. The boy watched her with curious eyes. She was so beautiful. Eric smiled slightly and put one hand on her back. He decided to lean forward to kiss her on the cheek.

Erin shook out her dark brown hair, it glimmered in the light, and hung to her hips. A smile played across her lips, the girl leant forwards and kissed Eric's lips, "I'm finished, anyway."

Eric smiled teasingly "Darn" he muttered and sat up. The boy looked at the time "Want to go down to the yard now?" he asked. He shifted slightly to put his arms around Erin and kisses her neck. Eric kept his lips at her neck while waiting for a reply.

"Maybe, in a moment," Erin replied, shifting so she was sat on Eric's lap. Grinning, the girl studied his golden brown eyes for a few seconds, then slipped her arms around Eric and brought him closer to herself.

A smile crossed Eric's face. She was being confident again. He loved her being confident. Eric placed his hands on her low back and looked into her green eyes. He leaned closer to her and pressed his lips to hers. "You like being confident now?" he murmured softly against her lips.

"You bet I do," Erin giggled, pressing her lips against Eric's. She slipped her hands underneath his shirt, tightening her grip around his body. With one hand, the girl urged Eric closer, observing him with her bright eyes.

Eric chuckled slightly as Erin kissed him. He held himself back from doing anything that was inappropriate. The boy shifted so he was on top but didn't put any body weight onto her. Eric kissed Erin again and again, not wanting to stop. One of his hands were on her hip, the other held his weight off her. They were laying on the bed properly now.

Erin felt Eric's weight on her for a few moments, then felt the pressure relieve itself. She kissed him repeatedly, running her hands down his back, hoping the moment would last longer than it did. After a few minutes, Erin pulled back, laughing uncontrollably, "Eric, what would your mother say?"
